Description

NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking expressions of interest from firms who are interested in proposing on a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for (but not limited to) general building and dormitory renovation/repairs, roads an d pavements, utility upgrades and repairs, and environmental work in Schweinfurt, Germany. The performance period will be 30 September 2003 through 31 August 2004. There will be one (1) base year, plus three (3) one year ordering periods for a possible t otal of a four (4) year IDIQ contract, if the Government chooses to exercise the option periods. The estimated magnitude of construction over the life of the contract is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The plans and specifications for this solicita tion will be on CD-ROM. The plans will be provided free of charge and should not be returned. Paper, hard copies, of the plans and specifications will not be provided. Offerors are asked to submit their expressions of interests on or before January 29, 2003. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure they have received any subsequent amendments. All responsible sources may submit a proposal and will be considered for award. A firm's physical address for Federal Express delivery, telephone number, fa csimile number, email address and a English speaking point of contact should be provided to facilitate mailing of the CD-ROM solicitation to interested firms. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information provided.
