- NA FedBizOpps Numbered Note 26 applies. U.S. Army, AMCOM proposes to acquire on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive Basis, Two (2) T55-GA-714A Engine, Digital Engine Control Unit (DECU) Test Stands, (Part Number EMC-32T), On Site Operator Training and DE CU Test Stand Setup and Operator Manual. This effort is sole source to Pump and Engine Control Systems (PECS), Goodrich Corporation (CAGE 11599), Charter Oak Blvd, Box 330651, West Hartford, CT 06133-0651. PECS, the Original Equipment Manufacturer has de signed, developed, and sustains DECU Test Stands. Firms interested in possible subcontracting opportunities should contact PECS directly. The estimated date of release of Requet for Proposal (RFP) is 28 January 2003. Estimated RFP closing date is 28 Feb ruary 2003.
