- MODIFICATION: This synopsis which was posted on 31 December 2002 is hereby modified as follows: The Reference number is N00600-03-X-0639 in lieu of N00600-02-X-0639. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) for this requirement is 5180 in lieu of 5199. NOTE 22 Applies. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment, Washington, DC intends to award a Sole-Source Firm Fixed Price purchase order to Snap-on Tools (Industrial) of Kenosha, WI to replenish/replace required tools to maintain the F/A 18 aircraft. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. SEE NOTE 22. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) for this requirement is 5199. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 333991 A solicitation does not exist for this requirement.
