Description

The Department of the Interior intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Environmental Systems Research, Redlands, CA for design, contruction, test and implementation of a tribal database system in a three state pilot demonstration project using the ARC/IMS software. Project is to provide a set of GIS based maps and/ or interactive spatial data which will define such areas of tribal historic properties on a state-by-state basis by individual countries, and an initial contact list of those federally recognized and their leaders with whom agencies should consult. The DOI is looking for companies that perform the types of service detailed above. Responses should include information regarding : technical competency in terms of prior company technical experiences with GIS format and ARC/IMS software.
