Description: The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidders for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Health Care Service Contract for a Board Certified Opthalmologist to provide cataract surgery and equipment for an estimated 50 patients at 4 to 6 on-site surgery visits during a one year period. Services will be at the Rosebud PHS, IHS Hospital, Soldier Creek Road, Rosebud, South Dakota. The period of performance of this contract will be February 20, 2003 through January 31, 2004. This is a Small Business Set-Aside contract. Request for RFQ-03-045 shall be in writing, either by telefax, 605/226-7669 or by e-mail. This RFQ will be made available approximately 15 days after date of publication.
