Description

The U.S. Air Force, Air Intelligence Agency, 34 Elm Street, Langley AFB, Virginia 23665-2092 intends to issue an award to AMNIS, 3450 Hill Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". This notice of intent is not a request for proposals (RFP) for competition. The U.S. Air Force, Air Intelligence Agency, Langley AFB, Virginia requires the following items: Quantity of 1 (one) NAC Ultra Low Latency MPEG-2 High Quality Full Resolution and Standard Latency MPEG-2 Superior Quality Ethernet Live Streaming Video Encoder, which includes all 4:2:0 MPEG-2 and MPEG-1 firmware options for model number NAC-3004; Quantity of 8 (eight) NAC MPEG-1/MPEG-2 Ethernet Live Streaming Video Receiver model number NAC-4001; Quantity of 1 (one) Three Year Package Maintenance Program for NAC-3004 (Package includes Year 1, 2 & 3) model number MPP3-NAC4 with "Enhancement of standard return-to-factory warranty for first twelve (12) months, plus two (2) additional years covering the NAC-3004 ONLY. Repair turnaround time is three (3) business days"; Quantity of 8 (eight) Three Year Package Maintenance Program for NAC-4001 (Package includes Year 1, 2 & 3) model number MPP3-NAC4K with "Enhancement of standard return-to-factory warranty for first twelve (12) months, plus two (2) additional years covering NAC-4001 ONLY. Repair turnaround time is three (3) business days"; Quantity of 4 (four) Rack mount kits for NAC-3000 & NAC-4000 (Fits up to two (2) NAC units per kit) model number NAC-101 Questions should be received within 5 calendar days of this published notification.
