Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Ten each GPS Timecode Receiver's Details for the GPS Timecode Receiver are as follows: Requirement is for GPS receivers/generator to provide accurate timing signal to Data Acquisition, Thrust Vector Control, and Video equipment for correlation of data and test events. Synchronization: 1) Eight parallel channel GPS engine. Tracks one of eight satellites for continuous timing reception with no greater than 100 nanosecond time correlation to UTC; 2) Generates continuous timing signal during absence of satellite utilizing internal oscillator with no greater than 5 microsecond correlation to UTC; 3) GPS antenna with no less than 50 ft. of interconnecting cable. Outputs: 1) Two IRIG B Output connections - one modulated and one DC level shift; 2) 1PPS Pulse Rate, synchronus with UTC - Drive capability = 10 LSTTL unit loads. Front Panel Display: 1) LCD/keypad combination for programming and obtaining status; 2) LED display with 0.5 inch characters for time display. Power Requirements: 1) Operation from 115VAC +/- 10 percent, 50 - 7- Hz. 2) Internal batteries to maintain unit in the event of primary power failure. Environmental Characteristics: 1) Temperature range during operation: Chassis 0 to +50 degrees C; Antenna -20 to +95 degrees C. Physical Characteristics: 1) Height: 3.5 inch rackmount; 2) Width: Chassis 17.0 inches; 3) Depth: 12.5 inches, not including rear panel connectors; 4) Weight: 10 lbs.; 5) Connections - Rear panel BNC. Documentation: 1) Operation/maintenance manual to include theory of operation and assembly/schematic drawings.
