Description
The Navair Orlando Training Systems Division intends to solicit responsible sources for the Enhanced International Peacekeeping Capability ( EIPC) program. This Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program is set-aside for 8(a) companies and only 8(a) companies should reply to this notice. This notice of intent is a market survey to identify potential sources for this program. Currently, there are Five (5) separate but similar requirements needed for EPIC. The requirements described are for logistics and technical services necessary for the procurement, delivery, and installation of assorted training and associated support equipment for the following countries: Ukraine, Slovakia, Nepal, Mongolia, and Paraguay. The Government intends to award five (5) separate contracts for each country. The program requires procurement of commercial office equipment that has electrical frequency of 230/220 Volts AC, 50 Hertz. The contractor will be responsible for overseas and domestic shipping and packing. Contractor must have knowledge of customs and import/export documents in regards to shipping. The contractor is required overseas and domestic travel for installation and in country support. All warranty information for the equipment must be turned in to the government after completion of the contract. The final product of this requirement is a classroom type of training environment. Please check the website often for amendments and updates to the requirement. All interested companies must have experiences and qualifications in the following categories: FMS Past Performance, LAN Installation, Good supply sources, qualified labor categories, subcontractor management, and technical capabilities. Interested companies must submit proof of the qualifications and give, at the Government?s facility or over the phone, a presentation of technical capabilities and overseas program management experience . The Government will have additional questions during the presentation to ensure the success of the project. A proposal is not required at this time. The Government will not reimburse any of the incurred cost in reference to this notice.
