Description

NA Furnish all labor, equipment and materials to perform all operations necessary for the fabrication and delivery of 12 miter and 12 quoin blocks and their backing material. The miter and quoin blocks and their backing material shall be used at J.T Myers Lo ck & Dam. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to J.T. Myers Lock & Dam. J.T. Myers is located on the Ohio River, 3.5 miles downstream from Uniontown, KY and 845.9 miles downstream from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and an address of 16501 Raden Road, Mt. Vernon , IN 47620. Delivery shall be NTL 27 June 2003. Award of this Request for Quote (RFQ) will be based on Best Value to the Government. Factors to be considered are Price, Past Performance & Experience. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS . The NAICS code is 331513 and the size standard is 500 employees. The issue date for this quotation is on or about 13 January 2003 and quotes will be due on 28 January 2003 at 4:00 p.m. (local time). THE PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE BY DOWNLOADING FROM TH E INTERNET ONLY. The project specifications files are Portable Document files (PDF) and can be viewed navigated or printed using the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated or printed using Source View Reade r. Both readers are contained in the solicitation package. Minimum system requirements are 486-based personal computer, Microsoft Windows 3.1 or greater and 8-MB RAM.
