Description: NA A sole source procurement is contemplated with Mallery Engineering Inc., 2779 West Directors Row, Salt Lake City, UT 84104 to perform the following: non-personal service for the recharging, repair and maintenance of 300, 200, 100, 30 and 20 series climatic test chambers located throughout various areas on Dugway Proving Grounds West Desert Test Center, such as but not limited to Carr Facility, Ditto Technical Center, White Sage Mortar Range and German Village Artillery Range. Services will cover the repair , maintenance and conversion of all chambers and CO2 tanks as needed. The contract will consist of a base year plus three options years. The anticipated period of performance for the base year shall be from 12 February 2003 to 11 February 2004. Pursua nt to 10 U.S.C. (c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, services, and/or equipment required are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services, and/or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. THIS I S NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the Government?s requirements. If n o responses are received, the Government will proceed with sole source negotiation with Mallery Engineering Inc. The solicitation is (DABJ19-03-T-0014) and will be available on or about 23 January 2003 through the Army?s Single Face Industry web site (htt p://acquisition.army.mil) and through the U.S. Army Contracting Agency ? Dugway Proving Ground site at (https://www.dugway.army.mil/10-3_ContractingDivision.htm) Responses are due 6 February 2003, 1600 (MST). In the event either site is not accessible, responses may be faxed at this number (435) 831-2103.
