Description

NA This acquisition is to obtain test, evaluation, overhaul and repair (TEO&R) services for the Heading Attitude Reference System (HARS) AN/ASN-143 NSN 6605-01-161-3919. A non-competitive negotiation is proposed with Litton Systems, Inc, Navigation Systems Di vision Woodland Hills, CA for one base year with two one-year options. Litton is the only contractor with facilities and qualified personnel to fulfill the TEO&R requirements for the HARS. Govenment sources cannot fulfill these services, because the Army d oes not have the necessary Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWR), reapir parts and special test equipment to perform depot repairs.
