- Description
- This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF). Solicitation, F09603-03-R-21500, is initiated to obtain a Firm-Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable requirements contract for the repair of RSAF F-15 Secondary Power Systems (SPS) by repair and return. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The Government intends to negotiate this effort sole source to Honeywell GmbH located in Raunheim Germany under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 using the Integrated Product Team approach. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities in response to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 21 days after publication of this notice will be considered. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
