Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is seeking a source to provide a conference facility on March 3 ? 7, 2003, for the 14th Session of the Codex Committee Mtg. on Residues of Veterinary Drugs in Food in the Washington, DC metropolitan area within a 10 mile radius from downtown DC. The facility must be able to lodge 75 attendees, the facility must have the relevant space for a registration area, an exhibit area, and a General Session room to accommodate approximately 180 attendees. There will be a.m. and p.m. refreshment breaks. Details about the conference facility are provided in the solicitation document. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available at the following website (http://www.eps.gov). Offerors are responsible for routinely checking this website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued.
