Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) has a requirement for lodging and meeting space in Portland, OR as follows: (1) Nine single sleeping rooms with check-in on 2/17/03 and check-out on 2/28/03; (2) Twenty-one double sleeping rooms with check-in on 2/17/03 and check-out on 2/28/03; there is a possibility of one individual being assigned a double room due to the number of male and/or female, smoking/non-smoking students; (3) Main Classroom, not less than 1800 SF, Mon-Fri of both weeks; (4) Break-out Rooms, not less than 400 SF each, 5 per day, Mon-Fri of week one, Mon-Thu of week two; (5) Staff Meeting Room, accommodates 12 people, telephone/fax line capabilities, Sunday of check-in through Friday of check-out; (6) Storage Room, Sunday of check-in through Friday of Check-out (may be combined w/staff meeting room if staff meeting room is large enough and can be secured). A copy of the RFQ may be obtained as a down-load from the FedBizOps website (www.eps.gov), or requested by sending an e-mail to cdoster@fletc.treas.gov. Telephone requests will not be honored. This is a commercial service purchase using the procedures at FAR Part 13. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-NOV-2002).
