Description

Services, Nonpersonal. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to provide landscape maintenance services for the Pentagon Reservation and Pentagon Heating Plant. The Government intends to award a contract for a base period of 12 months with Government unilaterial option to extend the services for 4-consecutive additional 12 month periods each. The contractor will be required to designate an on site supervisor. The supervisor must be either a certified or degreed Horticulturist. Service shall commence on or about 1 Janaury 2003. Award will be made based upon a written solicitation. All request for a copy of the solicitation must be in writing, e-mail and fascimile request will be accpeted. No telephone request for copies will be honored. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-NOV-2002).
