Description

Project calls for the construction of a car wash with three manual wash bays for privately owned vehicles, complete at Dyess AFB, TX. Work includes but is not necessarily limited to the Car Wash Facility complete with equipment and supporting pavement/curbs and gutters/sidewalks, landscaping, and all supporting utilities. Option Bid Item Prices will be taken for various desirable, yet non-essential supporting features. The estimated construction cost range (Basic Bid) is between $250,000 and $500,000. The estimated construction time is 180 calendar days. Site Visit Scheduled for Nov 15, 2002 at Dyess AFB, contracting office 1300 hrs.
