Description

The work involves maintenance for Casper Control Center Mod Comp system and peripheral devices located in WY Area office Control Office in Mills WY. The term of the contract will be from date of award through 9-30-03 with options to extend up to two additional one year terms. This is a combined Synopsis/Soliciation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation #03SQ6A0022 is issued as a Request for Quotations(RFQ) All quoters to reference this RFQ# and shall be submitted by 4pm, local time on 1-24-03.This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. Naic code is 541543, size standard is 18.0 million. Service Maintenance agreement for Casper Control Center according to the Description/Statement of Work, and additional clauses that can be obtained by faxing a request to Gloria at 307-261-5691.Destination prices required. Basis of award will be on price.The following FAR clauses apply and can be viewed at: Internet site www.arnet.gov/far. Commercial clauses52.212-1,52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5; additional clauses 52.217-2, 52.217-852.246-20, and 52.246-04.
