Description

NA 1. Background: Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) Principal Assistant responsible for Contracting's (PARC's) Office is responsible for Mission Statement. The PARC's office has recently undergone reorganization and has developed performance metr ics and measures. As a result, a skill gaps analysis is required to develop and establish core skills for the acquisition workforce. The skills gap analysis will be utilized to determine future training requirements. 2. Objective and Purpose: The contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment to: a. Survey the workforce within the PARC's Office to identify current work skills; b. Coordinate with Managers to identify the required core skills; c. Analysis data collected to develop skill gaps analysis: and d. Identify required skills training. Place of Performance will be at MTMC, Hoffman Building II, 200 Stovall Street, Alexandria, VA. May be required to conduct telephonic surveys for other duty locations. No travel is anticipated. Deliverable: Skill Gaps Analysis. Estimated Period of Performance: 4 Months. Contract Type: Firm Fix Price. The contractor will be required to provide Plan of Action, 3 page Capability Brief, a rough order of magnitude of costs. Information requested must include GSA Contract Number and expiration date.
