- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and is under Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13. This annou ncement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DABJ13-03-T-0022 . This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents incorporate provisions, and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-10 and DFARS Change Notice 20021220. The proposed contract is a small business set aside. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees, and the North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 423690. List of contract line item number and item, quantities and units of measure. Item 0001: Radio Control System Plus Face Piece Upgrades for 60 individual SCBA face pieces from to 20/20 Plus to include installation by a certified technician. The items must be compatible with the existing survivair face masks. QTY 60 EA Please include delivery date upon receipt of Order. Contractor shall deliver to DOL-Central Receiving Point, Supply Division, Wickersham and Chiles-Bldg 330 and shall be FOB Destination. 0002: Radio Interface cables and detachable blocks with quick disconnects for XTS3000R Handheld Motorolla Radios. The blocks will remain on the Radios and the cable will detach to stay with air-pack: The items must be compatible with the existing survivair face masks. QTY 50 Sets EA Delivery is same as above and shall be FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance on both items will be done at Destination and by the Government. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the Provision at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items with their quotation. The following provisions in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/ Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were in full text.
