- Description
- This notice is to identify all prospective offerors within the Republic of Turkey in submitting proposals for the upcoming solicitation for Constructing an HW storage facility. All potential offerors must submit a letter to this office identifying the company name, address, phone number, fax, email, and solicitation point of contact. This information shall be submitted no later than 1500hrs on 21 January 2003. Fax and emails will be accepted. Any interested party who does not submit this information by the stated cut-off date shall not be considered for award nor shall a proposal be considered responsive. Parties not preciously identified and listed per the above request shall not be allowed entry to the pre-proposal conference. POC for this acquisition is TSgt Danielle Johnson or SSgt Bruce Markman at 39 Contracting Squadron and can be reached at 316-8084. Fax for letters is 316-1250. Letters received late shall be deemed non-responsive. ATTENTION POTENTIAL OFFERORS: IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD OF THIS SOLICITATION DUE TO ESTABLISHED ECONOMIC AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT OF TURKEY, THE AIR FORCE INTENDS TO AWARD THIS SOLICITATION TO A BUSINESS CONCERN WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF TURKEY. THEREFORE, PROPOSALS FROM BUSINESS CONCERNS OUTSIDE OF TURKEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
