Description

We have a requirement for a Civilian Enterprise (CE) Base Newspaper. The newspaper is to have a base period of two years (27Mar03 - 26Mar05) with (2) two-year option periods (27Mar05 - 26Mar07 and 27Mar07 - 26Mar09). The contract that is awarded will have a zero dollar value. It is the responsibility of the company that is awarded the contract to make its money through the selling of advertisements to be placed in the newspaper. Department of Defense 5120.4 and Air Force Instruction 35-101 govern the procurement process for all CE publications. This requirement is unrestricted. Request for Proposals will be via the Internet only, available for download on this website. No paper copies of this solicitation will be issued. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. It is imperative that all interested parties review this website frequently for any updates/amendments. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. Responses should be marked with the solicitation number F38610-03-R-0001 and addressed to SrA Walker or Shirley Blue.
