- This is a presolicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested. This solicitation F09650-03-Q-0016 is a Request for Quote. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the issue date of the solicitation. NAICS Code 235110. This will be a service contract to include all labor, parts, tools, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to install air conditioning condenser unit in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and drawings. SITE VISIT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Date for the site visit is 16-Jan-03 at 9:00am at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Please call before 13-Jan-03 3:30pm to reserve a place for your attendees.
