Description: It is the intent of the 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), set forth in FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). This agency intends to award to the Government Affairs Institute, Georgetown University, 3333 K Street NW Suite 112, Washington DC 20007 where educational services will be provided under the Air Force Legislative Fellows (AFLF) Program for Air Force Personnel. The period of performance is December 2002 ? December 2003.
