Description

The Contractor shall repaint all of the existing paint markings on Runway 04/22 in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. Runway 04/22 is approximately 9,883? long, as measured from the start of the threshold at the 22 end to the end of the runway at the 04 end. The existing side stripes are approximately 9,703? long. Contractors will be responsible for downloading the complete solicitation from the internet. Copies will not be mailed out of this office. Contractors wishing to place a bid on this project must attend a mandatory site visit scheduled for: 10 January 2002 at 9:00am. All interested parties will meet at the Base Visitors Center to obtain Base Passes. The Project Engineer will meet the contractors, and Contract Administrator at the Visitors Center then we will follow him to the site location. There is a bid schedule attached to the solicitation ? please fill in your price for this project including all applicable taxes including New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax. All quote are due back by COB on: 24 January 2003. You may fax your bid schedule to the Attention of: Theresa A. Sandoval, FAX Number: (505) 572-3869.
