Description: D-U.S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite, Data and Information Service (NESDIS), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with International Interfaces, Inc., Needham, MA for membership to the OpenGIS Consortium's (OGC) Technical Committee. This committee will rpovide systems engineering support for CEOS Grid Activities. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation. therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference EA-24.
