Description: Furnish intermittent aircraft charter services under Part 135/121, fully contractor operated and maintained, consisting of any of the following types of turbine/jet aircraft: seating for 7-9 passengers, seating for 10-19 passengers, and above 20 passengers. Services will consist of moving passengers and/or cargo from Honolulu, Hawaii to Midway Island and Palmyra Island, etc. Offerors must be an approved Aircraft Rental Agreement (ARA) operator with the Office of Aircraft Service, Alaska Regional Office.
