Description

NA This acquisition is a request for quotes for Refuse Collection and Disposal Services at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Clinton Lake Project, Lawrence, Kansas. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, supplies and services as specifi ed to provide, place, empty, clean/or repaint refuse containers servicing the facilities and grounds of Clinton Lake, in Lawrence, Kansas, as described in the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is one base year (FY03) beginning April 1, 2003 through September 30, 2003 plus four (4) one-year options. The service period for Option Year 1 (FY04) is from October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004. The service period for Option Year 2 (FY05) is from October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 . The service period for Option Year 3 (FY06) is from October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. The service period for Option Year 4 (FY07) is from October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. The Government will award a contract from this request for proposals to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation on the basis of two factors: Past Performance and Price, which will weigh equally. The standard industrial code (SIC) is 4953. The NAICS Code is 56211. All responsible sourc es may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency.
