Description: The contractor will identify the key performance requirements for the RHVP technology platform by summarizing the known parameters based on earlier RHVP development, and extending the known parameters to include additional requirements identified by SPAWAR and other key DoD agencies as well as NASA and NOAA. Targeted programs include (but are not limited to) GIFTS/IOMI, NPOESS, and MUOS. Note 22. SPAWAR anticipates awarding a sole-source contract to Valley Technologies Inc., 724 Claremont Ave., Tamaqua, PA 18252.
