Effective 31 January 2003 this system will no longer be available to Fort Jackson. So licitation DABT47-02-B-0015 is being cancelled and a new solicitation is being established in the Fort Jackson PD2 database for the COPARS requirement. The new solicitation number is DABK19-03-B-0001. It will be posted shortly.
