- NA NSN: 1560-01-133-2696, PN: 70305-02115-103, Solicitation Number: DAAH23-03-R-0201 Quantity: Min: 346 each, Max: 1146, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Delivery with First Article Test is 75 each per month beginning 360 days after contract award. Without FAT, 75 each per month beginning 240 days after contract award. FAT Report due 228 DACA. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for so licitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date in Block 10. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small business, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for rel ease outside The United States. This information cannot be released outside The United States without prior approval of the government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
