Description: Nonpersonal service contract for the provision of Special Education Teacher services to instruct the Evening Literacy Program for the inmates incarcerated at the United States Penitentiary (USP) Allenwood, Pennsylvania. These services will be provided in accordance to the attached Statement of Work. The institution will require approximately eight (8) hours of service each week. Services will be awarded for a 12 month base year with four (4) possible option year periods.
