Description

Needs Land or Existing Building to Lease or Purchase The United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for the Philadelphia PA Logistics and Distribution Center located within the preferred area of: North: Southern Philadelphia City Limits/Junction 476 and Route 1 South: Delaware/Pennsylvania State Line East: NJ Turnpike West: Pennsylvania RT 452/I-95 The minimum site size desired is 834 feet wide by 1,251 feet length, or approximately 24.0 acres; or a suitable site with existing building of 436,000 SF capable of being expanded. Interior height should be no less than 24 feet with 71 dock doors. Parking for 400 employees and 40 trailers is required. The property must be properly zoned or be capable of being rezoned for postal use. Sites/buildings outside the preferred area will be considered if they offer superior location or economic considerations. Offerors must own or control the site and must state the price. The United States Postal Service reserves the right to negotiate with any and all offerors.
