- RFP N00024-03-R-4024 requirements will be issued on an unrestricted basis to procure ocean salvage and ocean salvage-related services in the Western Pacific area. Tasks include salvage, salvage-related fire-fighting, towing, harbor clearance, ocean engineering and point-to-point towing. The resulting Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract will be for one base year plus four out-year options. The subject RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website at the following address: www.neco.navy.mil in January/February 2003. The subject solicitation package can be located by its RFP number and downloaded. Firms are notified that offers will not be accepted electronically. *****
