Description: USSOCOM will issue a sole source modification to its Multi-Band, Multi-mission Radio(MBMMR) contract with The Raytheon Company to add engineering and technical support services. The Raytheon Company developed the MBMMR, is the only producer and fielding activity, and USSOCOM belives, the only company able to perform the engineering and technical support services. See note 22.
