Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-03-021 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-09. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 812930 and the size standard is $6.0 Million. The Bureau of Public Debt for the Center for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Inspector General has a requirement for twenty-one parking spaces, which must be within two blocks of 200 West Adams Ave, Chicago, IL, for the period January 1, 2003 through September 30, 2003. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically compliant, low price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items with their offer.
