Description: NA The European Regional Contracting Cell, Landstuhl, Germany intends to award a sole source contract to ALCON Laboratories to renew the LADARVision Refractive Horizons, L.P. software license agreement. The software will be used to operate the LADARVision 40 00 Excimer Laser. The award will be a fixed price contract. The period of performance will be 1 January 2003 through 31 December 2002. See Note 22.
