Description: NA Solicitation #DACW41-03-Q-0009 is a request for quotes for Park Attendant and Custodial services, six days per week including holidays and weekends, at Hawker Point Park, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Stockton Lake Project, Missouri. Services are for a ba se year (the 2003 recreational season, April 16 - September 30) plus 2 renewal options, which may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total amount of award for the entire duration of the contract (maximum 3 years) is estimated to be belo w $25,000. This is a total small business set-aside. This is a BEST VALUE contract to be evaluated and awarded based on EXPERIENCE and PAST PERFORMANCE, as well as price. The decision to award will not be made based on price alone. The Government will not award to a Contractor who intends to subcontract the work: the Contractor is expected to directly perform the services. NAICS code: 561210. SIC code: 8744.
