This action is for the award of a new, five-year, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The proposed source is Cubic Defense Systems, San Diego, California. The estimated ceiling for this contract is $25,000,000.00. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. See Note 22.
