Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitaion will not be issued. Solicitaion number is DAHA23-03-T-0008, Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 01-09. This solicitation is 100 % set-aside for small business, under NAICS code 336413. Requirement is for nine each mobile electrical power supply karts, required to provide external power on aircraft during maintenance. Part numbers are to be used for referenced. The functionality a nd performance are to be similiar to Unitron GFC-37M, 37.5 KVA mobile power kart (frequency converter) with the following min specs: Input: 1 ea 480V, 3 phase, 60 Hz, max full load input current 100 amps; 2 ea 240V, 3 phase, 100 amps; 6 ea 208V, 3 phase, 100 amps. Output: 115V L-N/200V L-L, 3 phase, 400 Hz. Required options: B-1 Built in maintenance diagnostic system; C-5 AC output contractor/universal (28 VDC or 115 VAC) aircraft safety interlock without cable; C-6 second AC output contractor/universal (28 VDC or 115 VAC) aircraft safe ty interlock without cable; L-1 300% overload for 10 seconds; S-2 AC input safety disconnect contactor; T-3 alternate input voltage on the karts with 208 and 240 input voltages (8 karts will require this); WOA-30M output cable, 30 ft., banded multiple con ductor for 400 Hz unit, with aircraft plug; WOA-30M second output cable, 30 ft.; WIL-50 input cable, 50 ft., single jacket 3-conductor with ground for 240 VAC; L-L applications and below, pigtailed and plug ready. Min one year parts and labor warranty on- site. Please provide price quote to include shipping fob destination one each to nine different locations in the United States.
