Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F2LMCA22800100. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20021025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333314. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This acquisition includes Contract Line Item Number (CLINs) 0001 - (1 each) ITS 10 Channel IRIG Time and Data Inserter, Model 6055B; 0002 - (12 each) Cosmicar CS Mount Motorized Zoom Lens/Auto IRIS 7.5mm - 75mm Wide Angle, Model C60700/WVI; 0003 - (5 each) Cosmicar CS Mount Motorized Zoom Lens/Auto IRIS 10.5mmm - 105mm, Model C31002WVI; 0004 - (17 each) Robot Remote Control Receiver, Modified for Camera/Lens above, Model RC60/ES/C; 0005 - (2 each) Robot Control Transmitter, 16 Channel w/RS-232 Control, Model CS66/WVI; 0006- (18 each) Panasonic 1/3 CCD Color Video Camera, Model WVCP464; 0007 - (1 lot) Shipping and handling. Requested delivery 30 days after receipt of purchase order at Edwards AFB CA, FOB: Destination. Provision 52.212-1-- Instructions to Offerors--Commercial; clause 52.212-2-- Evaluation--Commercial Items; clause 52.212-4-- Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders--Commercial Items (to include: 52.222-26--Equal Opportunity; 52.222-35-- Affirmative Action for Special Disabled and Vietnam Era Veterans; 52.222-36-- Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers; 52.222-37-- Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era); clause 52.232-33 --Mandatory information for electronic funds transfer payment; clause 52.211-6 --Brand name of equal. Offerors must adhere to the specific provision prescribed under this clause.
