Description

US GOVERNMENT ADVERTISEMENT FOR SPACE IN MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE The U. S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing space in the Memphis, Tennessee area suitable for use by the United States Internal Revenue Service. REQUIRED: Approximately 20,051 BOMA rentable square feet of space. LOCATION: The total requirement will be satisfied at the present location at 22 North Front Street, Memphis, Tennessee through a succeeding lease, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government. Consideration of alternate locations would include all tenant improvement costs and all costs associated with physical relocation, as well as, cost to move data and telecommunications lines (estimated move cost is $6.19 per square foot). LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term, beginning on or about February 1, 2003 through January 31, 2013. OWNERS & AGENTS: owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY may submit properties for inspection. Submissions must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on November 22, 2002.
