Description

PR Numbers: LTC02284002508, LTC022900002578, LTC02290002579 and LTC02290002580. This solicitation will contain four (4) NSNs for C-5 Structural Components. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There is one approved sources of supply: Hi-Temp Insulation, Inc., Cage 25167. The NSNs, Part Numbers, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQs) are as follows: Line 0001 - NSN 1560-01-340-1942; P/N: 4P94028-101A, Rev D; Base Year AEQ: 96 each, Option Year AEQ: 96 each. Line 0002 - NSN 1560-01-341-7712; P/N: 19M1016-105A; Base Year AEQ: 92 each, Option Year AEQ: 92 each. Line 0003 - NSN 1560-01-340-1943; P/N: 4P94028-109A; Base Year AEQ: 36 each, Option Year AEQ: 88 each. Line 0004 - NSN 1560-01-339-9722; P/N: 4P94028-107A; Base Year AEQ: 92 each, Option Year AEQ: 92 each. Delivery: FOB/Acceptance at Origin, 270 days ARO for lines 0001, 0002 and 0003; 100 days ARO for line 0004. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 2 December 02. The anticipated award date is 1 March 03. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
