- NA The Army Research Laboratories (ARL) Adelphi, at the Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD location is planning to consolidate its requirements for ?sticky string? and related fabrics for R&D test and evaluation. This specialty fabric is used as a substitute for u nidirectional reinforcement in certain Army applications. The Government plans to award a base year and two (2) option years as a indefinite-quantity type contract to Textile Products of Anaheim, Ca, on a sole sources basis. The contract and delivery ord ers associated with it will be firm fixed price. The projected value range of these requirements during the term of the contract is $250K to $900K. The anticipated award date is late November 2002. The acceptance and FOB point is Destination. Delivery shall be made to U.S. Army Research Laboratory, ATTN: AMSRL-WM-MD, Bldg. 434 Receiving, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-5001. This indefinite-quantity contract will be made under the test procedures for the procurement of commercial items under the au thority of FAR 13.5. This is not a request for proposal.
