- Request For Proposal (RFP) Solicitation for NSN 4010-01-208-6402, YPG02119000308, Lateral Chain Assembly, I/A/W Peck & Hale Inc, Cage 94658, P/N 35MTC/1582A. Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) for this NSN. This procurement is solicited as unrestricted. This is a critical application item. This buy is for a quantity of 354 assemblies. A 100% quantity option applies. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. QAP 001 applies. Requested delivery is 100 days ARO. Solicitation will be made available for issue on or about 19 December 2002 and will close on 01 January 2003. DSCR intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price type contract for this item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
