Description: NA We intend to award a sole source contract to Information Access Consultants (I.A.C.), 2329 Webb Road, Las Cruces, NM 88012 for maintenance and an upgrade to the existing JANUS Gaming Analysis Tool (JGAT) (database system). JANUS is a warfighting simulatio n that challenges commanders to plan and interactively fight battles against real world opponents. Since it is proprietary software I.A.C. is the only available source to provide this upgrade. See Note 22 (any notification of interest must be received w ithin 4 days from the date of this publication).
