- Description
- The National Naval Medical Center, (NNMC), Bethesda, MD intends to award a sole source maintenance procurement to Advanced Sterilization Products, Inc. The requirement is for the Sterile Processing Department. Agreement to include parts, labor, travel, unlimited service calls and two (2) preventive maintenance visits. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
