Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package (TDP) for this item, please do not submit requests. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=9,091 O=1,000 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=4,076 O=1,000 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=51,024 O=40,760 / Estimated Annual Quantity: B=51,024 O=40,760. The required delivery schedule is 300 days after receipt of order, FOB origin. First Article Testing (FAT) Requirement; submit 1 ea. sample w/n 120 days ARO. This solicitation contains a surge requirement. The total surge quantity is 20. The required delivery schedule for the surge requirement: 0 each ? 30 Days ARO / 0 each ? 60 Days ARO / 5 each ? 90 Days ARO / 5 each ? 120 Days ARO / 5 each ? 150 Days ARO / 5 each ? 180 Days ARO. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
