- Synopsis: This acquisition will result in a requirements type contract for the purchase of a Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) of 53 each Wiring Harnesses, part number 717513223-003, NSN 6150-01-468-3882AY. This will be for 3 years (basic year plus two out year options). The out year options will have a BEQ of 50 each per year. This acquisition is for USAF and is applicable to the LANTIRN Program. The only known source for this purchase is Tri-Tech. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). Justification: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services required are available from one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The approximate issue date will be 15 days after posting with the approximate response date 30 days following.
