Description: General Services Administration Is Interested In Leasing Office Space In the Range Of Approximately 7,212 Net Rentable Square Feet, Which Will Produce Approximately 6,271 Usable Square Feet For The Office of Safety & Health Administration,(OSHA). Open Surface Parking For (2) Government Owned Vehicles Is Required On Site. Twenty-one (21) Open Surface Parking Spaces For Employees Is Required With At Least (3) Visitors Parking And Handicap Space Or A Ratio of 1 Parking Space For Every 300 Rentable Square Foot Leased By The Government. Unique Requirements: The OSHA Must Be Readily Accessible To Clients During And After Normal Working Hours And The Subject Building Must Provide The Appearance Of A Dignified And Professional Office Space. The OSHA Is To Have Access To The Subject Space 24 Hours, Seven (7) Days, Per Week To Office And Parking Spaces. Space Must Be Contiguous And Have Telecommunication T-1 Capability. The Parking Is To Be Open Surface Parking And At NO Additional Cost To The Government. The Parking Area Is To Be Provide A Reasonable Level Of Security To Prevent Crime To Persons And Government Property. Proposed Building Should Be Within 3 Blocks Of A Public Bus Stop. This E-posting Is In Pursuant To Executive Order 13006, Section 106 Of The National Historic Preservation Act & Public Buildings Cooperative Use Act of 1976. Area of Consideration: The Subject Space Is Required In Or Within The Following Delineated Area; Riverside Dr. -North, William Cannon- South , Burleson Road- East, Congress Ave. - West . Term: The Lease Term Is For 10 Years, With 5 Years Being Firm Term. Authorized Contacts: IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OFFEROR ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS CONCERNING THE SPACE TO BE LEASED WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE FEDERAL AGENCIES OTHER THAN THE OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION.
