Description

Statement of Objective: This solicitation is for the design/delivery/installation of a complete and comprehensive furniture solution for the newly constructed Consolidated Support Complex (CSC) at RAF Lakenheath, England. The building consist of a ground floor (approx 1,672 sq meters of office space) and a first and second floor (each approx 1,660 sq meters of office space). The building will house approx 10 organizations. Delivery/Schedule: The CSC is scheduled for completion/beneficial occupancy on 24 Mar 03. Two base organizations must be able to start moving into their areas in the CSC within 14 of the actual completion/beneficial occupancy date. All remaining furniture must be installed within 45 days of the actual completion/beneficial occupancy date. Evaluation Procedures: Award will be made to a single contractor on an all-or-none "group" basis. Factors to be considered for award to the best value offer include price, delivery/installation time, quality (form/fit/functionality), and past performance. Evaluation will be conducted using procedures IAW FAR Part 13 and 25 (including supplements). Anticipated Award Date: 15 Jan 03. Drawings and Attachments: Interested offerors should advise if unable to accept electronically distributed copies of "Auto-CAD" drawings. See Numbered Note 12
